Should You Do A Colon Cleanse As Seen On TV?

There are actually several types of colon cleanse products as seen on TV. I will tell you about the one I tried several months ago.

It is the Dual Action Cleanse System and it claims to be an all natural herbal formula that has changed hundreds of thousands of people's lives with it's gentle, effective and safe internal cleaning.

I cannot say it actually changed my life but it certainly didn't hurt it either. I took the pills for colon cleanse as seen on TV for six months alternating on and off each month, as directed.

I may have lost a little weight and I may have felt a little better with no side effects but it is hard to say just exactly how beneficial it was for me.
