There is much exercise equipment as seen on TV to be had by you, the viewers. You can choose from a number of things that are supposedly used to help you trim fat. Most of these products are targeting the abs because hey, who does not want those six pack, washboard abs? I know that I do. But, which one of these products actually helps and which do not? The Ab roller works for sure because I have tried it. But, it gives you big bulky abs instead of the flat ones. You are better off doing a workout program for your abs than use the equipment.
