As Seen On TV Exercise Equipment Actually Works

I know that we always hate watching those terrible As Seen On TV exercise equipment kind of commercials. They always have those guys and girls who have clearly been exercising and lifting for years already doing these exercises as if we, the normal people, could look like that.

The thing is, however, that a lot of times these exercise equipment options that they show you in those commercials actually work. I am not saying that you will get so buff that you cannot even wear a shirt like some of these people seem to believe, but you could be a lot healthier.
